Hello Ladies, I'm Tracy Gardinera M.A., a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. Thank you for finding me.
I've been providing therapy to women since 1995. My experience includes individual and group therapy for adults and adolescents, helping people work through difficult times.
I have worked with clients on addiction, depression, anxiety, stress, coping skills, relationships, pre-marital counseling, pregnancy, post-partum depression, parenting, divorce, and many other challenges that affect people every day. My approach is optimistic, affirming, and encouraging. However, I am also direct and will work hard to make sure that negative cycles are addressed while offering insight and empowerment.
I understand how financially difficult things have been for so many. That's why I provide therapy at an affordable price, based on a sliding scale.

When you are ready, book for your first appointment with Tracy, online. Tracy will send you everything you need for your first video appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tracy has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and has been providing therapy since 1995.

Individual and Family Sessions are $100/Hr. Insurance is not accepted.
How did you get started in this business?
Teletherapy Health was started after years of helping individuals and families overcome life's challenges. In the Covid-19 era, telehealth and teletherapy have emerged as a great way to connect with someone who can help us get through these trying times.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Work with someone you feel like you can talk to. Someone you think can relate to you and can help you navigate difficult times. Someone who can help and support you, listen to you and will believe in you until you can start believing in yourself.
