What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a free phone consultation to determine the client's need of our services. We schedule a session determined by the client. The first session or two is orientation. Our process is personalized utilizing; Imago, CRT, ECT, education, experience and client knowledge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the lead counselor; I am now a senior pastor emeritus who under-shepherd for 17 years. I hold a Master Degree in Individual, Marital, Family Counseling and Christian Counseling. I hold a Doctorate Degree in Theology. Seven years executive director of State Foster Family Facility specializing in developmentally challenged and abused children. Also was Support liaison for parents of foster children who were in sober living facilities. Empowered by Union Rescue Mission, Church of God of Indiana and NPI registration and licensing.

Our prices are lower than average. Our fees range from $65 - $120 each hour. Sessions held outside of hours (10:30 - 6PM) and on weekends have an additional fee of $10 per session. To avoid mishaps, confirm & book appointment, we require client(s) to pay the non-refundable fee the day prior their scheduled session. The fee is accredited to the cost of the session. We resolved the high cost of sessions by lowering our overhead costs and passing the savings to the client. We would not want a client to be denied affordable counsel.
How did you get started in this business?
I realized that the calling and gifts in my life is to serve, equip, empower, heal and assist persons in need of emotional stability. Enhancing the understanding of most people during lectures, teaching, counseling comes naturally. People are drawn toward me for sharing their concerns and challenges. I began to devote myself toward many hours counseling . Why not get paid?

We have worked with; Individuals, Families, Children, Couples, Premarital, Married Couples and Divorces . We have provided spiritual Counseling for non-denominational biblical clarification. Also Individual Counseling and Life Coaching for all ages.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Brought a minor youth from failing school to A's and B's in less than three weeks. Restored a couple from divorcing to renewal of vows less than a year. Helped divorce couple transition into co-parenting ; and supplying conflict resolutions to enhance communication skills within the families. Time varies among clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Take advantage of the free consultation. Go over reviews. Visit the website. Openly share the immediate challenges that you are facing. Ask what methods are used. Ask if the provider would be able to serve you convenient to your schedule requests.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Am I really sincere about taking back control of my livelihood, restoring my marriage perks, relationship or continuing on the path I have found myself on? Will I be able to afford this or is my situation worth the investment? Will I or we commit to utilizing the coping skills, techniques, exercises and/or the self control that may be suggested by the counselor or life coach. Do I have the patience to wait for the evidence of improvement. Can I be honest about my needs and wants?
