I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a mission to Encourage and Empower women who are Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) so they can Evolve into the best version of themselves.

I have over 15 years of Encouraging and Empowering BIPOC women to Evolve from their experiences such as with difficulty managing depression, anxiety, managing relationships and coping with traumatic experiences. I believe that through an eclectic and collaborative approach we can work together to help you achieve your goals so you can truly Evolve from any difficult experience.
