I have developed a model that helps sustain any relationship in your life whether it be the self-relationship, intimate, family or work. I grew up with a high curiosity of human behavior. As a child I wanted to connect so deeply, but was in a family that had little emotional capacity. I grew to be the adolescent teenager at parties having a one on one talks about what was really going on in peoples lives, what they felt and what they were experiencing. As I got older I started to really want to understand and overcome why myself and others had such difficulties in relationships. The moment I had my first child (7 years ago) I took a high speed turn into unlearning and relearning life to live a life of meaning and fullfillment. Connection is the core essence of life, which is why we desire deep connection. Unfortunately, we have not been taught how to consciously connect. This causes us to avoid connection opportunities, engage in many sexual partners, use substances to numb the anxiety, etc.
My relationship model is based off of four key components of Open truth, Self-Awareness, Self-Compassion and The Power of Choice. This four part model has helped myself and my clients enjoy fulfilling and meaningful relatioships. Marriages gain much more crystal clear communication, passion, safety, trust, support for the whole family. Individuals gain clear identity and start living a life true to themseves. Parent/Child relationships are securely attached allowing the child to feel safe and better supported to learn and grow, relieving so much overwhelm from the parent. This model has also helped people achieve great success in work by buiding safe and respectful relationships. We can not control anything in this universe except ourselves. Our life experience is a reflection of how we show up in the world. You are in control, I just guide you side by side.
I now enjoy a full life with three children in a happily committed relationship. It took years of studies and real life trial and error. Life is always flowing high and low, my coaching model offers the key to getting "unstuck" in the low tides to sustain a life of fulfillmet and connection.
What I enjoy most about my work is that I help people reconnect to the truth of themselves, the highest version of self. This allows people to elevate to a life they desire, it allows parents to provide healthy enviroments for their children and prevents passing trauma onto their own children. I really love strenghtening the family unit because the parent/child relationship really sets the tone for everyones life experience after. Childhood is the foundation. Next to this is marriage, our children learn how to give and recieve based on our modeled mariages. My coaching model is all around universal healing system that improves all areas of life.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I suggest the client to book a 5-10 minute consultation to ensure I am the best support for their needs.
After the consultation call the client and I will schedule the first session. There are no contracts and the amount of sessions are based on the needs of the client.
The clients session is confirmed once paid via payal or venmo invice.
All sessions are via Zoom or phone call. I offer in person sessions in my home office in Valley Center, Ca on a case-by-case basis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied The Healing Power of Truth for two decades through research and life experience. I am certified in Positive Psychology and Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Solution Focused Couples Therapy.

How did you get started in this business?
I hit one of the most painful rock bottoms as a single mother. I told myself in such a lonely and fearful state this statement "As long as I make every choice out of truth and alignment to the well-being of myself I can not lose".
From that moment on I lived by that statement. I studied, reflected, learned and rerouted my life. I began to shift all relationships in my life. Most importantly, my relationship with myself. I became a better person, mother, partner.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am proud of helping a client breakthrough their 10 year addiction. I am also proud of helping another client re-route their fifteen years of marriage to a safer and more enjoyable experience when they thought their only hope was divorce. They went from surviving to thriving!
