Therapy & Parent Consultation

I work with compassion and empathy to help clients overcome negative patterns that are keeping them from living their best life. I specialize in working with men and women who have experienced trauma, as well as parenting challenges. I have been working with individuals and teens for over 15 years, and love being able to share in the growth experience of others. My fee is $150 per session. I do not accept insurance (aside from Lyra and victims of Crime) but I will give you an invoice that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Working as a therapist is extremely rewarding. I feel privileged to be able to help people work through painful times to realize their strongest self.
