I specialize in helping individuals adults and teens navigate tough feelings, and help to identify and change dysfunctional thought patterns. My approach is casual, inviting and collaborative. I strive to maintain a judgement-free and safe space where my clients feel at ease and accepted. I focus on helping my clients identify their strengths so they can feel confident in making positive adjustments to their daily lives.
