About
My service stands out because it's simple. It's all in our heads and all you have to do is nothing. That' s right! I am here to listen and in that- what is good about feeling bad? Finding purpose and a path through your pain!
I enjoy helping people find themselves and find the love of a higher power. It's nice to watch people let go of childhood beliefs that have derailed their well being. it's special to see individuals become happy, joyous and free.
I was once trapped in alcohol because it helped me be social, the life of a party, and not shy. I have learned through the therapy that I work with clients on that alcohol is just a crutch/addiction and I can do life on life's terms easy. I have 13 years of recovery from having to use alcohol to be me.
I became a counselor in 1997 and my passion was with clients who had addiction issues with underlying mental health issues like anxiety, depression, molest, PTSD, schizophrenia, bi-polar, codependency. I am a survivor of several of these issues so I know where you are coming from. I can relate to you and have sincere empathy.
