About
I believe we were all put on this earth to make a difference in some way. I am truly passionate about helping others be the very best version of themsleves.
I specialize in working with those who suffer from severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and severe trauma. I also specialize in working with couples who are having relationship issues. I am a self-help author, and I have written four self-help books currently, that can be used as tools to work through some issues.
I do not believe in labels, I work from a holistic perspective. My holistic approach looks at you the person in its entirety, and not just a diagnosis. I show you how to rise above any label you may have been given. I work with you to help you grow in your ability to live on your terms. You are the expert on your life, and I am just here to support you.
I enjoy helping others overcome their obstacles, fears, depression and anxieties. When I can help someone take control of their life, and live their best lives, then I am at my happiest.
