My service stands out purely due to my passion to help. I am 100% motivated and dedicated to the client reaching their goals. I provide a service that focuses on center approach while implementing cognitive behavioral therapy and also derivatives of cognitive behavioral therapy. However, I am open to incorporating whatever is necessary to assist the client in gaining whatever insights are needed to establish success towards a positive prognosis.
I am extremely passionate about the field of psychology and helping individuals achieve mental health equilibrium and success toward the positive lifestyle. I work diligently alongside each and every individual client to establish a treatment plan that is going to help them reach their goal. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients establish healthier ways of thinking and decrease the unhealthy ways that have not served them well throughout their lifetime. I have worked very closely with adolescents, individuals ranging from middle school all the way up through retirement. I've had success working with family dynamics as well as couples.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call and introduce myself while identifying where I got thier information. Ask a few questions and then schedule a time that works best for the client and the thrapist.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in clinincal counesling psychology with a dual specialization as a Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I am licensed in the state of California where you can fimd my credentials on the California Board of Behavioral Sciences web site. I have experience with addiction, families, couples, individual and groups, adolescents.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California (LMFT) practicing psychotherapy, with experience treating a wide variety of individuals, couples, families and children in all communities. I have been a successful business owner and entrepreneur since the early 90's. I have a passion and dedication that drives me to help make a difference in the behavioral health and mental health community. Working in private practice I am involved in furthering the health and mental health of the community through facilitating the necessary dialogues to improve healthcare with empathy and a healing heart for all.
I am always open, available, and non-judgmental. I have healthy boundaries with all my clients. I am very empathic. My goal is to always put the client first and create a safe space where trust is gained and always nurtured. I work with clients to create a treatment plan that the is comfortable and motivating for success towards healing.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always known from a very young age that this is what I wanted to do so I did what I needed to do to make it happen. I love it!

I have worked with addicts, Individuals with dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorders, I have worked with families and couples. I have worked with adolescents and their families. I have worked with individuals who are strictly mental health clients. I work with couples who are stuggling with healthy communication and want things to work and get better.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
This is a relationship. It is not always going to work out with the first therapist you find. Although it might. However, don't give up if it does not. Keep looking until you find the right fit. You are worth it!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What do you want from your therapy experience. How committed are you to doing what it take to get to where you want to be? Are you ready to take the time to do the work as it is a marathon not a sprint? How motivated are you to decrease negative behaviors and increase positive ones?
