The time is now to make the change! I have worked with a diverse range of clients from all walks of life. Life is not easy for any of us and there are times in our lives when we need some support - a listening ear, an objective perspective, a place to just be ourselves. My goal is to help you get a sense of control and strength back in your life and to help you get to where you would like to be.

My clinical experience has allowed me the gift to work with many ages and challenges. From school-age kids, teens, adults to seniors. I have successfully helped patients heal from infidelity, trauma, low self-esteem, chronic marital conflict, sadness, chronic worry, hopelessness, and feeling lost and alone.
