Yes. My hourly rate for indivudual therapy is $175, $225 for couples therapy and $190 for family therapy.
How did you get started in this business?
I have an ad in Psychology Today and by word of mouth.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Adults, couples, and families with various issues, specifically depression and anxiety. My specialty is working on codependent issues, and relationships.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would suggest for them to assess their comfort level, if they felt heard and understood and if their goals are identified by them and not driven by the therapist. I would suggest them asking how many years of experience they have had and if they have worked with clients with similar problems.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would suggest they think about their goals in treatment and identify their expectations of therapy.
