We provide inspiring counseling and intervention services for youth and adults from schools, churches, and community programs. We provide consultation, evaluation and have an expertise and network in criminal justice, education, family dynamics, clinical and spiritual areas.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical connect via phone talk for 5 to 10 min with a consult and then they decide to have a first meeting. Set up a brief therapeutic agenda that allows them to see what will happen in the next 3 sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Arts in Psychology- UC Berkeley
Masters of Science in Counseling- Cal State East Bay

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Counseling: It is usually $125 per 50 minute session, and if asked to go and meet someone in their area there will be additional charge of $50 added.
Coaching: There are many different programs for coaching the lowest one at $150 per 45 minu session. If face to face is required there is an additional charge.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the work of Human Development as a Freshman in College. As a student at Cal Berkeley, I created a program for at-risk youth that increased thier academic success and mental stability.
From there, created coaching programs for individuals and executives, and continued my educaiton to obtain degrees in Psychology, Counseling and Counseling Psychology.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. Kids, youth, teens adults, homeless, stay at home mothers, those incarcerated and those who are CEO of Companies.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event I am fond of was the Mental Health Matters Conference. It was so awesome to see and feel the diversity in the room discussing the ways in which we can heal and be better mentally.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always think about the following when hire a Counselor:
1. Do you feel a connection to their ability to do the work?
2. What are the common things you have in common?
When hiring a Coach:
1. What has been their level of success before?
2. What makes them stand out?
3. Do you think they can help you? You will know in 5 minutes.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. Are you ready to make the financial investment needed to make the lasting changes?
2. How much time should be invested in this process?
