I got started in the work of Human Development as a Freshman in College.  As a student at Cal Berkeley, I created a program for at-risk youth that increased thier academic success and mental stability.

From there, created coaching programs for individuals and executives, and continued my educaiton to obtain degrees in Psychology, Counseling and Counseling Psychology.

I have worked with all types of customers.  Kids, youth, teens adults, homeless, stay at home mothers, those incarcerated and those who are CEO of Companies.

A recent event I am fond of was the Mental Health Matters Conference. It was so awesome to see and feel the diversity in the room discussing the ways in which we can heal and be better mentally.

Always think about the following when hire a Counselor:

    1. Do you feel a connection to their ability to do the work?

    2. What are the common things you have in common?

    When hiring a Coach:

    1. What has been their level of success before?

    2. What makes them stand out?

    3. Do you think they can help you? You will know in 5 minutes.

    1. Are you ready to make the financial investment needed to make the lasting changes?

    2. How much time should be invested in this process?
