Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.

She is knowledgeable in mental health assessments, treatment planning and ongoing mental health evaluations for children and adults. In addition, she works with parents/caregivers in improving parenting skills, coping skills, and problem solving skills to promote positive relationships in the family.

Over the years, her knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder among children and how hard it is for parents to manage this disorder coupled with her vast knowledge in human psychology has helped her understand deeply what it takes to bring about life-changing coaching and parenting skills that can help parents gain confidence, set firm boundaries, reduce parental stress, and build loving connection.

You and Tina will work together to map out practical and realistic strategies needed to prevent problem behaviors.
