What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy highlighting that seeking mental health is normal & helping all people find the right solution to their problems.I assist you in navigating through your life with impartial views while noting what is important to you. I always tell my patient's that I am Siri or Google Maps, you tell me your destination I give you directions, but ultimately you are the driver!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had many years of experience working with children/adolescents/ & young adults with ASD. I also have extensive experience with working with trauma including but not limited to intergenerational trauma and developmental trauma. I also have experience with helping people with emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, as well as marital/ couples. I am certified in neurofeedback, comprehensive behavioral intervention for tics (CBIT), & have been trained in a variety of modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have also had training and experience working with suicide & abuse.

Following sessions $180
I do take insurance and am in network with Kern Legacy, Cigna, and am out of network with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield and Kaiser
