Real Talk with Simone - I let people be themselves, vent about anything. I listen with a heart that cares. I don't have all the answers, but I try my best to help the person navigate toward solutions that they can implement into their lives.
I am not a licensed professional. I'm there for that person like a friend. My motto is "Sometimes all you need is a friend that will listen."
I've been listening to others and have been there for others for many years and I have a lot of experience. No one has to put on a mask with me. There is no topic that is "out there" or too much. If the topic at hand takes it to a whole other level, I will kindly refer that person to a psychologist/psychiatrist that I would recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let others know what I'm about & what I do. I have a disclaimer on how I'm not a licensed professional. There are sign some online forms that will need to be filled out prior the session, which prohibts sexual misconduct/inappropriate behavior and another form that explains to someone that they are not speaking with a licensed professional. If matters get really in-depth, then I will recommend that person to good candid licensed professional.
My venting, listening services are $25.00 for a 60 min session for either the phone or online services. Thank you
