I am passionate about recovering from any addiction and assist others move from being a Victim in life to a Creator of their life. With over 20 years in the addiction treatment field and my own personal recovery, I add credibility to my work. Whether it is working through addictions or codependency, all ages are welcomed in my practice.

I can offer a sliding scale to make coaching more afforadable and yet get the quality recovery coaching. Seeing an individual choosing to thrive not just survive, brings much joy to my life. Stepping into the solution and walking through negative beliefs is an action that is part of my coaching. Sharing my experiences adds to the credibility I present.

Ann has an extensive amount of knowledge of recovery, the 12 stepes and the content being covered in the Coaching program. I have been working with Ann now in the program for 4 months. She is very professional in how she conducts the zoom meetings and is very open and honest with her own personal experiences that she chooses to share. I enjoy working with her and feel privileged to be learning from such an experienced teacher. She quickly responds to the questions and concerns that do come up and is connecting (in my opinion) to her students and myself on many levels because of her unique teaching style and being genuine.
