I pride myself in being an experienced, empathetic and well versed psychotherapist. I've been a therapist since 2001, when I trained under a well known doctor in Central Arkansas until I opened my own practice in 2005. I specialize in several areas including anxiety and depression, PTSD, grief, situational stressors and couples therapy. I feel that assessing and listening to the needs of clients allows me to tailor a plan that can adapt and grow as the client reaches their goals.
