I counsel broken and hurting people who desire the strength to endure whatever life throws at them. I employ an integrative approach tailored to your personal strengths in order to help you overcoming challenges and enhance your quality of life mentally, physically, socially, and spiritually.
A builder by nature, I find my purpose in building up individuals through encouragement, exploration of life, aknowlegment of personal giftedness, finding inner healing and recovery, and developing creative solutions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients have the entire process thoroughly explaine from the beginning to ensure they feel confident and safe.
After an initial phone consultation, and when both client and counselor agree we feel good about the direction of therapy, I send information forms to be filled out and sent back.
The forms explain confidentiality, address any concerns, and answer any and all questions to further ensure the client is comfortable beginning therapy.
I begin sessions by listening and asking questions to get to know my clients and address any problems they present, in a special way, tailored uniquely toward the client.
I assist my clients in overcoming obstacles, gaining freedom from emotional struggles, and in meeting goals for a healthy future.
