I have been a psychotherapist in private practice for 48 years. I work with couples and individuals over 18 of a wide variety of diagnosis and personal goals. I am also an energy healer and enjoy including a spiritual perspective to the therapy for those interested. I have been trained in and use many approaches, most recently Internal Family Systems which I have found very helpful to most of my clients. Being a part of another's growth has always brought me quiet joy.
