- Use movement as medicine and let this become your yoga. I will perform movement assessments that get to the root of where the pain is being generated. This will show you how to turn your pain off!
Manual Therapy: Rolfing Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Joint Mobilization = 60 Minutes • $200
- We deliver bodywork that unwinds your body one layer at a time.
Quatum Biofeedback = 60 Minutes • $200
- We use the SCIO biofeedback technology to assess different layers of your energetic blueprint to understand more about your health needs and what your body is wanting to change.
