I have a full range of services having worked with children, and adults. I have worked with Clients with addictions, Couples, Family therapy, Group Work and Individual. Currently I work with children within foster and post adoption services. I also use CBT, Adlerian, Client Centered, Family systems services. I utilize various holistic techniques including Meditation, spirituality and the use of Essential Oils.
Grief and loss, PTSD, Trauma, Abuse as children, Adults who suffer abuse as children, Mental Health Issues.
I have been a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist for 13 years. And for as long as I can remember, People came up to me and shared themselves and what they were going through, even as a young girl. I've been a people watcher and still observe others to figure out the challenges we all can go through. I problem-solve and love to share knowledge I learn from others with those I work with. I believe my clients have the answers, not me. I may be a little further down the road, however you have lived your life up til now, and can figure out what you can do yourself. I'm there to encourage, support, and help you channel your energy into new pathways of learning. I love to help others find "options". When we pick the best ones, we will thrive in our lives.
