Karen Wignall, M.Ed., L.C.M.H.C.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I received my master's degree at Kent State University and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio before I came to Utah. I help you identify negative patterns that create the same circumstances over and over again in your life and help you learn how they cause depression, anxiety or addictions and keep you stuck in depression, anxiety and addictions. I use Neuro Linguistic Programming with guided imagery to help you change those patterns.
