What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess if we are a good fit for them and them for us. We clarify pricing and expectations and then proceed or help refer them out to the proper contact for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licensed therapist, substance abuse counselors and trained recovery coaches.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is based on insurance and level of care needs. Typically clients will be responsible to pay their deductables and co-pays and then the rest is covered by out of network insurance plans. We do offer in-network with Molina and PEHP.
How did you get started in this business?
I have worked in this industry for last 6 years. I found my passion in seeking healing for myself and my family first and even enjoyment in sharing what I have learned.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work with clients stuggling with drug and alcohol addiction.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love spending time with my kids and especially my 2 year old daughter. She makes me smile and laugh.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would recommended expressing your needs as clearly as possilbe. Communication and transparancy are very important in this industry.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Expectations around time in treatment, aftercare, and long-term goals. To many programs sell clients on short-term fixes for long-time problems.
