What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an initial free 20 minute phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit, answer any questions you may have and schedule a first appointment. At the first appointment, we will gather information so we can understand your unique story, assess for any trauma, and get a big picture of what got you to this point and what changes you want to make. Together we will create a treatment plan and create a step by step process to get you where you want to be.

Our staff brings a variety of talent, skills and life experience to their sessions with clients. Each of us have a unique story that brought us to the profession we chose. We value healing, recovery, living your truth, authentic relationships and meaningful connection.
