I am certified Ayurveda Wellness consultant, TM meditation instructor and Yoga Teacher. In addition to that I studied and practice nutrition science and other alternative healing modalities for better results. I use Ayurveda protocols to help with mental issues like anxiety, depression, insomnia and other. Ayurveda is ancient but recently modernized science of balancing mind and body to prevent and eliminate any conditions that can cause problems in physiology. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Ayurveda assessment includes pulse reading ( if possible) and filling in interview form. After identification of type of physiology, you will be given recommendations about appropriate changes in lifestyle and food choices. If there is any imbalance in your physiology, you will be able to correct it to prevent any diseases and improve some existing conditions.
Also, I have online groups and coaching service on Facebook about different topics like detoxification, weight problems, stress, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue and hormone balancing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Maharishi Ayurveda Wellness Consultant Course, TM TEacher course and Yoga course. I also stidied nutrition to connect ancient and medern knowledge about health and wellness.
