I have been in the practice of law in excess of 50 years; served as a municipal court judge and have been general counsel of a major hotel company for over 25 years. I currently limit my practice to business and real estate matters and transacdtions as well as probate and estate planning and family law. I enjoy the research and challenge of the practice of law

We are a full service IP firm that obtains patents, trademakrs and copyrights for our clients as well as handle complex IP litigation both on the defense and plaintiff side.

As a licensed attorney for 50 years, I have experience in family law, wills, probate, and am Board certified in family law and am certified as a mediator in family law and general matters. I enjoy working with my clients to help them solve the legal issues that confront them and want to help them move forward with greater confidence. I have experience in working with members of the military as it relates to family law, and respect their contribution to our country. In the past I was actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America and try to live up to their oath to do my best to do my duty to God and country and to do my best at all times.
