She will spend the time to make sure you understand "why" you are in pain, and "how" to alleviate and correct the problem(s). Her easy-to-follow instructions will guide you to achieve strength and balance to the problematic areas specific to you. I drove down from the Bay Area to see Dr. Paula based on a recommendation from a friend, and it truly was worth it. I plan to see her whenever I'm in the area, and I'd highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking to resolve physical discomforts and chronic pain.
