What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to text first then call. I will ask you about what you are trying to achieve and about your medical history (medications..surgeries..pain). then I tell my little bio and experience and then. We move forward to scheduling an appt.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed massage therapist for about 20 years. I am also an esthetician aka skin care therapist and I went to laser school. I continue my education each year by taking about 60;hours worth of Continuing education credits. I am always staying abreast of this newest information in these fields.
