Ms. Jennifer Kleskie, Masters In Process Oriented Psychology, Conflict Facilitation And Organizational Change
About
As a family and individual therapist for over 30 years, specializing in trauma, I enjoy helping people find their way through their discomforts. By working with the disturbances presented, there is always a bigger picture to see. There are also multiple layers of a situation to understand. Each of these things help to see where the developmental path of growth lies for an individual, couple, or family. There is always learning if one is open to it. We are all here to live our best life and my work is designed to help people achieve just that.

Frequently asked questions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the past 30 years, I have served as a social psychologist and practitioner for individuals, couples, and families assisting in conflict resolution,family-system development, and human capacity building. Working in a progressive psychiatric facility for years, gave me immense training in addressing trauma, abuse, and mental health concerns.
I use a broad and depth-oriented perspective to increase people's insights, understanding, interpersonal abilities, coping mechanisms, and their ability to work with basic concerns such as intervening with power dynamics and other fundamental issues that couples, families, and individuals face.
In the meantime, I was invested for twenty-years in accomplishing two Masters Degrees in Process-Oriented Psychology. This mastery allows me to provide interventions that support natural patterns of change, allowing for the emergence of organic and creative transformations. I spent a decade as a family therapist, working with nearly 1,000 families in "crisis", focusing on natural patterns of change, initially presented as difficult challenges. My work then helps to evolve individuals, couples, and family systems, improving relationship dynamics, while modeling conflict resolution skills in order to de-escalate or address both short or long-term patterns to improve individual well-being, relationships, or overall family dynamics.
