My name is Kelli McCloud. I am a mom, a wife, a musician, and a Clinical Herbalist (not always in that order). Nice to meet you! Along with juggling the many hats I wear…some of you can relate…I have dedicated over 20 years to learning and practicing the art of herbalism. It is my intent to help empower and educate those who seek alternatives to current mainstream wellness solutions.

Herbalism is humankind’s most ancient form of healing. The planet has always provided us with what we need to survive and thrive. Together, we will explore the most appropriate, beneficial herbal/supplemental/lifestyle solutions for your individual physical and mental wellness needs.

SERVICES I PROVIDE

* Herbal formulations (tinctures/teas),supplement & lifestyle recommendations with full case history analysis and follow-up.

* Aromatherapy

Clinical herbal consultation is typically 1-2 hours (depending on the complexity of your case) and includes detailed discussion about your health history, family health history (if known), supplements / medications taken, any recent bloodwork, 3-day food consumption, and any other pertinent physical and/or mental factors in your life that may be affecting your overall wellness. You will be offered a herbal recommendation, typically a tincture formulation and a tea, along with any dietary/supplement/lifestyle recommendations within 7-10 business. The cost for the consultation, which also includes a follow-up visit, is $125. This does not include the cost of the tinctures or teas, which tend to vary in price depending on herb market costs (average $40-$50 for a 30-day supply). I will not turn anyone away due to the inability to pay. There are payment plans, discounts, bartering, indentured servitude (just kidding with that one hehe) …but you get my point. My ultimate goal is to get you to "Well".

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will either meet in person, via zoom or phone to discuss your wellness needs. Then I will conduct a case history and return with my recommendations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a graduate of David Winston's School of Herbal Studies Clinical Herbalist Program 2018-20. Completed Graduate Program 2021. Completed Therapeutics Program 2023.

I've been making herbal skincare products since 2000.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I have a standard fee, however, I understand there are those experiencing tough financial times. I am always willing to accommodate accordingly and will not turn anyone away based on financial inabilities.

How did you get started in this business?

My mother has suffered from illness most of her life (Sarcoidosis). At the time it was discovered, they knew very little about the disease and prescribed medications without abandon. Now, 45 years later, she is a walking example of “side effects may include…”. My goal is to help prevent that from happening to someone else when there can be more natural solutions to their issue(s).

What types of customers have you worked with?

Clients with simple acute concerns, chronic physical and mental issues, children.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

The practitioner you hire will be your partner in your wellness journey. You should feel comfortable enough with them to share personal and medical information with them. Everybody has a vibe. If you’re not feeling it, don’t force it. You may just need to find another practitioner. Choose like you would a doctor or lawyer.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

I feel that potential clients should think about what level of commitment they are willing to put into achieving their wellness goals. Herbal solutions require anywhere from 3-6 months of use before definitive results may be seen (sometimes sooner). Like everything in nature, there is give and receive ;). Give your dedication and time to the process and receive the gifts of nature.
