Hi! I'm a licensed clinical social worker who has been in practice over 20 years. I'm a good listener and my aim is to help you reach your goals to enable you to lead a more productive life. I work with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, chronic pain, loss and bereavement and a whole lot more.
I enjoy working with patients from different backgrounds and ethnicities. I love working with patients on an individual basis so that I can understand exactly what's going on in his/her life to help them as much as possible. I utilize stress management techniques as needed in addition to therapy which I believe is helpful for all aspects of life. Today's society is very stressful and people need to learn how to relax.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer is treated as part of a team... myself and him/her. We discuss anything that is on his/her mind and the best way to treat his/her symptoms. If a person is struggling with anxiety and/or panic attacks I will help him/her cope with these issues through therapy as well as practicing stress management techniques which will be taught to them.
