I love the fact that she makes me feel at home. From the first session that I entered I was filled with a lot of stress and she was able to talk me through my concerns. Zarna does a great job of understanding the situation and offering a different point of view that I couldn’t see. She is very knowledgeable of many different cultures which helped with her understanding my situation. Overall I look forward to every session because I leave with peace of mind and a better understanding of myself. She has helped me understand why I develop particular emotions and helped me come up with different strategies to deal with them. Overall excellent experience with Zarna!
