Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important aspect of working with a new customer is making sure we are a good fit. This means taking time to get to know one another and learn details about what brings someone to our service. We tailor our approach to make sure you are getting the best therapist match possible.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is affordable and simple. A session is $100. In cases of financial need we may be able to lower that price in a further effort to keep us accessible.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with people of different ages and backgrounds dealing with all sorts of issues. Those issues include anxiety, panic, mood changes, as well as relationship and adjustment issues.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to your therapist and make sure you think the match is a good fit. There are lots of factors that go into making the therapeutic relationship work and getting to the bottom of core issues takes trust and acceptance; something that can only be accomplished by working closely with your therapist.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about what brings you to therapy. Not just surface issues, but what you think might be behind it. Many people are surprised to learn they have more insight into their concerns than they initially realized.
