I got a chance to receive psychotherapy form kam. She worked with me one-on-one. I was feeling worthless, hopeless, and frustrated, and was feeling “in a rut”. She helped me to replace my unrealistic thoughts with realistic thoughts in order for me to support my well being and achieve my goals.
