When I first went to Mary, I had lost most of the mobility in my neck, with the stiffness worsening over two or three years. Id tried physical therapy and gone to other massage therapists with no lasting relief. Not even conscientiously doing the PT exercises at home maintained improvement in my range of motion.

After my first session with Mary, as I walked to my car, I realized that I had a much greater range of motion. It was immediately and noticeable improvement. And although things stiffened up over a few days after that first appointment, I started seeing Mary regularly, and the improvement is lasting.

Mary uses a technique I hadnt experienced before. She locates small spots of tension that are causing pain and tightness over larger areas. She gently works on those small spots and creates instant and lasting relief. I tell her where Im having a problem, and then I just trust her to address it.

Shes also addressed other aches and pains Ive had over the years, but the difference shes made with my neck is just extraordinary!

Initial contact, learning what their goals are for a session, learn what their massage and body work experience is, find out when their last massage was, find out what the do for a living so I know what their body does all day, health screening and answer any questions they may have.

200+ hours of continuing education in body work and massage techniques

$100 cash for 60 minutes on the massage table. $120 cash for 1.5 hrs on the massage table. $70 cash for seniors, disabled, military and first time clients
