About
I have been practicing since 2001 and have specialties in Lymph Drainage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Orthopedic Massage and Prenatal Massage. In 2016 I become a certified STOTT PILATES instructor to teach my clients how to stay healthy between sessions.
I love helping people improve their quality of life. I love to provide the tools that clients can use at home to stay pain free. I also love the transformation I see with someone before they get on my table and then after they are done.
