Hello! My name is Kimberly M. Hall, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in North and South Carolina specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. With a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pfeiffer University, I am currently serving in private practice and working with a broad spectrum of clients. Regardless of my clients’ interests and reasons for pursuing therapy, it is my hope that they achieve personal and relational growth, as well as see and understand themselves and others more clearly.

My non-judgmental, therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback by effectively addressing personal life challenges. I utilize methods where we work together to establish and achieve obtainable personal goals and objectives, making it possible to live your life to the fullest. With compassion and understanding, my goal is to help clients build on their strengths and accomplish the personal growth to which they are committed. I integrate a variety of individually suited techniques— such as Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapy.

An interactive and accepting therapist, I explore all concerns—meeting you where you are—and offer a safe and peaceful space to assist families. I understand that therapy is not a one size fits all, so my approach is adaptable and collaborative—depending on each client’s specific needs. I believe empathy and unconditional positive regard are key elements to help build a connection that will evoke empowerment and change.

I also have a Master’s in Business Administration and over 35 years of experience in the corporate world. I can work with you to improve your business communication skills, plan career or job changes, deal with layoffs or assist with a job search, and improve your self-management in the workplace. Even though therapy is my passion and calling as a result of my personal grief and life challenges, it is a blessing to integrate both of my educational and vocational experiences into assisting others.
