Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in both Florida and North Carolina. I have 10 years of counseling experience. My counseling style and approach is Holistic/Integrative and can include therapies outside the traditional, such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Reiki, and sound healing, if desired. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment with a client-centered approach and customized strategies to assist you in meeting treatment goals and transforming your life. Together, we will identify solutions and resources for practical application to empower you through the changes and outcomes you want to make – you are your best expert. I will guide you to the inner wisdom already
available.
I have extensive knowledge working with children and families, special needs, and behavioral therapy. That foundation has enabled me to gain skills which translate to being effective with almost every person. Afterall, we were all once children and many of those early childhood wounds are still very prevalent in our adult lives!
