I have respect for all who take on the challenge of living at cause rather than at the effects of their circumstances. Hopefully you can find that with the professional you hire. It is the most important ingredient for you to make lasting progress. The feeling that you are valued, loved and supported. Secondly, I am not interested in the long slow process that weekly coaching and traditional psychotherapy models create. People need connection and guidance in moments that are most often not convenient in a "once a week" scheduled appointment. I provide a way to work with me that meets you where and when you most need to connect. A flat monthly fee gets you whatever face time, phone, email and text time you need in a thirty day period to get to a better place. No contract, stop when you are done, work in a way that is best for you. There's a good chance you will be better in 30-60 days when you work with me. When you hire me you have a connection that works.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Broad exploration of what it is you most want and what seems to be limiting your clarity, personal power or ability to create and act. We work to create a space of trust and safety so new discoveries are possible. I partner with everyone I work with. While I know some things, so does the client and we work together in the pursuit of happiness.
QUESTIONS ONE SHOULD ASK A POTENTIAL COACH YOU ARE THINKING OF HIRING
Ask your coach or therapist to tell you about themselves. Listen for what values drive the way the professional thinks. Care about how you feel as you listen to what he or she says. Find rapport and trust. Make sure they are there to help you discover your values and choices rather than bring an agenda for you. This is about you, not them.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I can charge by the hour and do at times when that is what my clients prefer $125.00 an hour. I believe a monthly model that allows you to hire me to work with you in times and ways that best move you forward is better. I charge a monthly (30 day period) fee of $500.00 for whatever you actually need including face to face in my office, email connections, phone and texting, basically unlimited or extended sessions. If you are pressed for funds I can help with an abbreviated weekly session of 20-30 minutes for a reduced fee. The key is for you to see rapid improvement in whatever it is that is bothering you. I am here to support you when you most need it rather than trapping you into a single hour each week when it may or may not be convenient for you. If you need 5 minutes on the phone on the way to work or after dinner in the evening, if at all possible I want to provide that to you. Much can be done in 5-10 minutes when you are in the moment of discovery.
How did you get started in this business?
I have natural gifts that enable me to be with people in a non judgmental way. I see people as gifted and powerful. We all lose our way at times and need a place to explore what matters. I have had great mentors and I determined I would become a great mentor. For 30 plus years I have made that happen.

People of all ages from 18 to 80 who care about how they feel and are ready to take 100% responsibility for the unfolding of their life experience. People who want to learn if they don't already know how to give up being victimized by life. Religious and non-religious. People dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, childhood trauma, premarital and marital issues, divorce, divorce mediation, parenting and conflict resolution. People who are wanting to strategize about living their best life.
