About
I have had the opportunity for the last 7 years to work with individuals, families, and groups who have dealt with a variety of conditions, including addiction, anxiety, avoidant and borderline personality, bipolar, complex post-traumatic stress, and major depression. I have found that assessment and evaluation are most helpful particularly when patients have been struggling for years.
Since the Michigan legislature passed a measure in 2012 recognizing Telehealth as a means of providing Health Care Services via secure and encrypted web platform, advances in technology have made it possible to provide high-quality counseling services at significantly lower rates. Our rates are comparable to most insurance copayspays for counseling services. For example, our fee for a 60-minute session is $50.00. Our fee for a full mental health evaluation, which includes a 60-minute session, is $ 150.00. For an additional $50, a substance use disorder assessment can be integrated into the evaluation. Alternatively, the fee for a substance use disorder evaluation is $100, which includes 60-minute session. Please note that clients who elect to obtain a substance use disorder assessment are required to obtain drug test at a local testing center. An additional fee of approximately $30 is payable directly to the testing center. Individuals who seek substance use disorder assessment via Telehealth conferencing advice to obtain permission from their probation officer in advance.
