Reaching for Success Counseling / Case Management Agency L.L.C. was established in 2005. Over the years we have blossomed into a multicultural social service agency that reaches the wider community by offering mental health services, case management, substance abuse education, and prevention to Orleans Parishes, St. Bernard, St. Tammy, Jefferson Parishes and Plaquemine. Staff will come to you for assessment an as needed basis.
