I practice eclectic treatment which allows me to combine counseling skills adjusted to the need of my client. However, I believe the most significant part of counseling is the relationship between the client and counselor. My experience of counseling those with Bipolar, depression and anxiety has given me a foundation of caring, compassion, and non-judgmental relationships with those I serve.
Witnessing clients as they create the lives they want to live, love and desire is the greatest joy of my life.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial session we will discuss the technical aspects of treatment. Getting to know my client is the single most important aspect of our relationship. Also, providing the client a safe environment to express themselves without judgement.
I do not require payment for the first session. A second session is set up for assessment and to discuss payments.
