What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a 30 min free consultation to so that client and can establish rapport to enhance the client and therapist relationship.

I am a master level therapist and is licensed. I am certified in anger management. I am trained in trauma, CBT, family focused therapy andmotivational interviewing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Finding a counselor is sometimes difficult because the rapport has to be #1 in building a relationship. The customer has to be comfortable and want to share their story with a counselor.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is the counselor flexible with their time, do they understand diferrent cultures and is cultural competent.
