Evergreen Counseling

Evergreen Counseling is a team of skilled clinicians that are trauma-informed with a passion to walk alongside you as you restore yourself and your relationships. We want to help you live fully and love deeply.

I have a blended approach to my sessions. I use Narrative Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you tell and “re-tell” your story in a way that allows you to step out of negative patterns that have defined you. I will do this by listening empathetically to your story and providing a safe space to feel and process emotions. As you process, we will work primarily on developing a more loving relationship with yourself and others in your life. This approach is helpful for those dealing with anxiety, depression, relational issues and grief.
