As a therapist, I provide services to individuals and families struggling with life's challenges, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Life is so uncertain right now, but it's perfect timing to begin your journey to healing. My goal is to identify your strengths and empower you to use those to become the best version of yourself. My office is located in the south suburbs of Chicago, but I also provide video sessions for any clients living within Illinois borders.
