About
With over 20 years of experience as a chiropractic physician, I have been successfully treating patients. Taking the necessary time to listen and understand my patients is critical in helping them. A new patient's initial evaluation includes obtaining a thorough history and performing a comprehensive examination; X-rays and/or blood work may be warranted, based on clinical necessity. This is in an effort to get to the source of the health problem. By implementing chiropractic, acupuncture, fire cupping, and principles of functional medicine, I strive to address each health condition conservatively. My two office locations (Addison and Westmont) allow more patients to receive the necessary, quality health care they they need.
I truly enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis. Knowing that I have made a positive impact on each patient with which I interact is truly my ultimate goal. Since 2002, have been in private practice, Associate Professor and Clinician where I have trained and supervised interns in the National University of Health Care Clinic. My education includes earning my Bachelor of Science from Benedictine University ('96); my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences ('02); and, Master of Science in Advanced Clinical Practice ('13). Throughout my professional career, I have earned a number of certifications including Acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture; Certification in Cosmetic Acupuncture; Medical Examiner for Department of Transportation; McKenzie Certification for Low Back Conditions; and, Kinesiotaping. I enjoy learning and expanding my knowledge, all for the purpose of assisting my patients regain their health and wellness.
