What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new client usually comes in for an intake session where a lot of information including background will be shared so I can get to know him/her better and eventually be able to help this client manage the symptoms that are bringing him or her in for therapy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health in Counseling. I am a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and an Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
