What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer completes a short profile that will provide a description of their concern. This will allow the counselor to determine how many different issues or concerns there may be and help the customer prioritize.
Once prioritized the counselor will work with the customer on the top two concerns.
Services are provided via telephone or by webinar if client desires and would be at a minimum 60 minutes.
At the end of the session, there will be a short exit survey that will allow the counselor to provide any other resources that may be helpful to the customer in reaching resolution.
