I met Dr. Ragsdale during the darkest time in my life- a few months after the sudden passing of my life partner. Consumed by grief, I looked for a psychologist in desperation and was originally scheduled to meet someone in the same practice, who had to cancel the day of my appointment due to an emergency. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a Free Consult, we determine if I am a good fit. Getting lasting relief from anxiety requires six sessions-2x per month for 3 months. I offer a package deal with reduced cost and installment payments. In those sessions, clients learn and practice proven techniques. Each session introduces new techniques and allows me to help clients past their deepest resistances to change.
