I get down to the root cause by asking the right questions and listening intently to what is being said. To me, a challenge is like having the flu. Some of the symptoms are cough, body aches, headaches, fever, etc. Oftentimes, we treat the symptoms. However, if we got rid of the flu, the symptoms will automatically go away. I apply that same concept in my practice. I overcome challenges and the rest of the issues dealing with those challenges go away.
First of all, I have been through some of the same situations myself. So I can relate. What makes me unique is that I live by what I coach. I will not ask you to do something I wouldn't do myself. I have been coaching for over 20 years. People were always coming to me for advice on relationships, finances, starting a business or just to have someone to vent to. What I love most is giving people a different perspective, giving them the skills and tools they need, and being able to say, "It's going to be alright." I have been in business since 2014. I have an A+ rating with the BBB and 5-star reviews on the BBB website as well as Google. I genuinely enjoy putting smiles on people's faces and bringing joy to their lives. That is what keeps me going.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After asking a few questions, I put together a plan specifically for the client. The plan requires action on the clients' part. After applying the tools and skills needed to solve the problem, the client should feel motivated, inspired and transformed. The topics I coach on are related to some of my own experience. Why not hire someone who understands how you feel?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Certificate for Life Coaching from the American Union of Neurolinguistic Programming. I have experience in Legal services. I have over 20 years of experience in Psychology. My business was established in 2014.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$1,799 for a 10-week Program. We will meet once a week for 10 weeks. You will receive an enrollment letter, a 75-page manual, and a certificate of completion. You will have exercises you have to complete and homework. This is to bring about the desired results. During this period, you will also have access to me via text, phone, or email.
How did you get started in this business?
My husband and I have an integrated family consisting of 10 children and 21 grandchildren. I was not able to start a trust fund for 31 additional people. I decided to start a business that all could benefit from. I wanted to pass this on to my children, their children, and so forth so they are never without a job.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with the City Mayor's Office, the Juvenile Court System, DCS (Department of Children's Services), Father 2 the Fatherless, HealthConnect America, Councilman Moses Freeman, Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, Hamilton County School Board of Education, amongst others.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had left some business cards at my mom's job. One of her co-workers took one and called me. He said he wanted to DJ full-time. He asked about getting the word out. I coached him in about 30 minutes on what needed to be done, gave him the route by which to use these techniques. Two days later, he walked into his job and quit his day time job to become a full-time DJ. Now he calls himself the Million Dollar Man. I love when the techniques applied flourish and make people happy. He no longer has to work for anyone and he is all booked up for the upcoming years. I love it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice would be to hire someone who can relate. Hire someone who will give you what you need, not just what you need to hear. Things sound good. However, information without application is worthless.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about your situation from all angles. Try not to be one-sided. Consider the others, if any, involved. Keep in mind what you do not only affects you, but it affects the people around you. The main question to ask is, "Will this affect me in 6 months to a year?" If it is something that will not be worth talking about in 6 months, why make it an issue now?
